Who we are
Ghost Edge (“we”, “us”) runs ghostedgetrading.xyz. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. For any question or request, email privacy@ghostedgetrading.xyz.
What we collect, and why
- If you subscribe to our email: your email address, so we can send you our newsletter (about one email a week). Lawful basis: your consent.
- If you send us a strategy or message: your message and, only if you choose to give it, an email address or Instagram handle so we can reply. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in responding to you and publishing research (anything we publish is anonymised). We do not add this contact to any marketing list unless you separately subscribe.
- Automatically with any submission:a timestamp and your browser's user-agent string, to operate and protect the service.
Who else sees it
We use an email provider to manage our list and Vercel to host the site. They process data on our behalf under a data-processing agreement. They are based in the United States; transfers are protected by the providers' UK transfer safeguards (the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, or the UK IDTA). We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Unconfirmed signups are deleted after 30 days. Subscribers: until you unsubscribe, after which we keep a minimal record only to honour your opt-out. Messages: until we have answered and, where relevant, published anonymised research, after which the contact detail is deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data, object to or restrict processing, or receive a copy. You can withdraw consent at any time: every email has a one-click unsubscribe, or email us. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

We will post any updates on this page with a new “last updated” date.
